DO I HAVE TO BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE:
Tickets must be purchased in advance, and tours often sell out quickly. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, American Express, MasterCard or Discover. Cash is only accepted for last minute tour guests.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, as they guarantee your spot on the tour.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD
We only offer child friendly tours for private events.
HOW MUCH FOOD IS SERVED DURING THE TOUR
There are usually 3-5 stops for tastings on the tour. For most people, there is enough food to make a meal.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY NEEDS
We can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Please note any dietary restrictions in the comment section when you purchase tickets.
ARE THERE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
Yes. We are able to accommodate specific vegetarian requests. Please note your specific requirements (vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, etc…) in the comment section when you purchase tickets.
WHAT BEVERAGES ARE OFFERED DURING THE TOUR
You can purchase alcoholic beverages as you would like, but they are not provided as of now in the tour package.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THE TOUR
Yes! Our locations are beautiful in every season and we encourage pictures. You can even share them with us.

Can I bring my pet on the tour
Grand Rapids is a pet-friendly city. However, with exception of guide dogs, pets are not allowed on the tour.
What if it rains during my tour
A little rain doesn’t slow us down. Tours take place rain or shine. Be sure to check the forecast and dress appropriately.
Are there restrooms avaliable during the tour
Yes, there are restrooms available during the tour.
